Jo Dale Ford

Jo Dale Ford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jo has worked as an HR Manager at 23red, a creative agency focused on behavior change. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People and Operations at Marshall E-Learning Consultancy, specializing in online diversity training. Jo also worked as the Head of Operations, People and Culture at Digital Mums, a company that helps moms acquire digital skills for flexible job opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Jo Dale owned and operated their own health and nutrition direct sales business called Jo Dale International. Jo built a sizable distribution network and achieved significant sales success. Jo also worked as an Operations Manager at Arrival Education, a leadership and development organization focusing on diversity and inclusion. Furthermore, they served as a Programme Manager at Whole Education, a network of schools committed to redefining education.

Earlier roles include working as a Project Manager at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, a grant-making foundation, and serving as a Programme Manager at Inspire! The Education Business Partnership for Hackney, a charity facilitating links between local employers and schools.

Jo Dale began their career at VSO as a Volunteer and Programme Advisor, responsible for the development and management of education programs in Papua New Guinea and Eritrea. Jo'sachievements included achieving a high fill rate for the Papua New Guinea program and producing a report on the education program in Ethiopia, which was recognized as an example of good practice.

Throughout their career, Jo Dale has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, as well as a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and personal development.

Jo Dale Ford obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from The University of Sheffield, which they attended from 1991 to 1994. In addition, they hold a certification in The Digital Mums Digital Retox from DIGITAL MUMS LIMITED, which they obtained in May 2018.
