Germaine Fuh

Senior Research Fellow at 23andMe

Germaine came to 23andMe in early 2017, and as a research fellow for antibody engineering she is tasked with building and leading the Therapeutic’s team new Antibody Engineering group. Germaine brings decades of experience to the role having lead protein engineering and antibody development at Affinita Biotech. Before that she spent 29 years at Genentech making major contributions to antibody development at the company as well as working on cancer therapy, cancer immunotherapy, and other therapeutic efforts. She is the author of more than 60 papers and 17 patents. Germaine has a Masters of Science from the University of California, San Francisco and completed her undergraduate work at the National Taiwan University.
