Earlier experience includes roles at Red Bull as an Event Specialist/Marketing Manager and as the Director of Athletic Programs at Mathews-Dickey Boys' & Girls' Club. Robinson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Multimedia Design from Saint Louis University and a diploma in General Studies from Saint Louis Priory.

Rising NASCAR stars Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick are the team’s drivers. 23XI Racing’s No. 23 Toyota Camry made its NASCAR Cup Series debut at the Daytona 500 on February 14, 2021, at Daytona International Speedway. The team then expanded to add a second full-time entry with the No. 45 Toyota Camry and occasional third car entry with the No. 67 Toyota Camry.
