Mike Lorusso

Mike Lorusso currently serves as the Director of Race Team Operations at 23XI Racing since November 2021. Prior to this role, Lorusso spent over 15 years at Joe Gibbs Racing, where key positions included Alliance Technical Director, Race Engineer for the #20 NASCAR Cup Series team, and Race Engineer for the #20 NASCAR Xfinity Series team. Notable achievements at Joe Gibbs Racing include managing intellectual property exchange, logistics, and operational efficiency, as well as significant contributions to a top-performing race team that secured numerous wins and championships. Lorusso began a career in racing as a Shock Specialist and Race Engineer at Ppc Racing LLC and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
