Director, Corporate Group Sales at 24 Hour Fitness

Lauren Springfield has a diverse work experience in the fitness and sales industry. Lauren began their career at 24 Hour Fitness in 2008 as a Fitness Manager and Master Trainer, where they focused on training and coaching individuals. Lauren then transitioned into management roles at the company as a Membership Manager and Club Manager. In 2015, they became a Corporate Account Executive, responsible for establishing new corporate accounts and encouraging employees to participate in health and wellness activities. Lauren was promoted multiple times, eventually becoming a Senior Corporate Account Executive and then a Senior Corporate Account Manager. In October 2018, they were promoted to the role of Director, Corporate Group Sales. In addition to their tenure at 24 Hour Fitness, they also worked at Dymatize as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from June 2011 to September 2012. Overall, Lauren has demonstrated their expertise in sales, leadership, and fitness throughout their career.

Lauren Springfield obtained their Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Communications from Regis University, from the year 2005 to 2009. More recently, they attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and completed a degree in Holistic Health Coaching, specializing in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies. This took place from 2020 to 2021.
