Cristina Sparkman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent solutions and recruitment within the fashion and beauty industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Solutions for 24 Seven Talent since May 2021, Cristina manages direct hire roles across multiple segments, including marketing and wholesale positions in Los Angeles. Prior to this, Cristina held roles as a Senior Recruiter at Fourth Floor and a Senior Account Manager at 24 Seven Inc., overseeing comprehensive recruiting efforts and account management. Previous experience includes leadership positions at JBCStyle, Signal Products/Guess Handbags, and roles at various fashion retail companies such as Robinsons-May and Guess, Inc. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising from Sam Houston State University.
