Lauren Shaughnessy

Lauren Shaughnessy is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and client services. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services at 24 Seven Talent since August 2020, Lauren has demonstrated strong leadership as the Business Development Team Lead and is a notable 2022 Annual Presidents Club Winner, recognized with the Rising Star Award for outstanding revenue generation. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at CareerStaff Unlimited from July 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing Managed Service Provider accounts and supervising account coordinators. Earlier career experiences include roles at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties, Bloomingdale's, and Nordstrom. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington Tacoma and an Associate's Degree in Fashion Product Development from FIDM.
