Amanda Sternquist-Pollitt is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in digital customer engagement and marketing. Currently serving as the Global Leader of Digital Care Operations at VXI Global Solutions, Amanda leads the Social Media Practice and shares expertise in enhancing customer experiences. Previous roles include Digital CX & Transformation Strategist at HGS, where Amanda contributed as Principal Consultant and Global Lead for Digital Customer Engagement. Amanda has also held positions at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Southwest Health, and operated as a small business owner at Strawberry Tree Cafe. Amanda holds a Master of Science in Technology Innovation & Leadership from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
