Natalie Bowden

Natalie Bowden is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the retail, beauty, marketing, and tech industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Recruiting at 24 Seven Inc. since September 2012, Natalie's expertise spans full-time and freelance roles across the US and Canadian markets, including key cities such as New York, Denver, and Toronto. Prior to this role, Natalie was a Senior Account Manager and worked as a recruiter for various positions within the same sectors. Additionally, since August 2019, Natalie has contributed as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach at Colorado Academy. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Assistant Store Manager at Michael Kors and directing philanthropic efforts for Delta Gamma Fraternity, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills.
