Hesham Ali is a seasoned professional in account management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Global Account Management at [24]7.ai since June 2019. Previously, Hesham spent over 12 years at Optus, progressing through various roles including Associate Director of Customer Growth & Retention, where oversight extended to a large employee base and numerous customer segments. Additional positions at Optus included State Sales Execution Manager for NSW & WA, Channel Manager, and Acting State Sales Manager for the Business Channel in WA. Earlier experience includes roles at Fone Zone and Hutchison 3G.
