Joel Goins

Joel Goins, MIS, is an experienced cybersecurity and engineering professional, currently serving as the Global Director of Technical Account Management at Phosphorus Cybersecurity Inc. since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson Controls as Global Senior Operational Technology Security Manager, overseeing cybersecurity policies for a $23 billion organization, and various positions at Enable Midstream Partners focusing on SCADA systems. Joel's background encompasses significant involvement in engineering and technology management, having held leadership roles in multiple companies, including Director of Engineering/IT/Operations at Kane Manufacturing and Engineering Manager at Associated Materials, Inc. An alumnus of the University of Phoenix, Joel holds both a Master’s in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Business.
