Lowell Wood has worked in the IT field since 1996. Lowell began their career at Unisys as a Client Service Rep, where they were responsible for repairing and configuring desktop computers and servers, as well as printer installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair. Lowell then moved to Adecco SSA/DHHS to work on computer upgrade projects, including Y2K upgrades, customer site preparation, and imaging multiple workstations via LAN. In 2001, they joined Capital Data Corp as an I.T. Department Coordinator, where they preinstalled and configured servers and client pc’s for customers sites, coordinated depot facility for multi vendor environments, and handled billing and order tracking for the tech department. That same year, they also began working at RagingWire Enterprise Solutions as a Network/Data Center Sr. Admin, monitoring all LAN and WAN nodes for 24x7 network reliability, providing global network support for WAN circuits of customers, and documenting policies and procedures for Operations functions. In 2003, they joined 24hourtek, Inc as a Service Manager / Project Team Manager and Sr. Field Engineer / Project Manager / Account Manager.

Lowell Wood attended Heald College from 2001 to 2002 and obtained a Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification. Lowell also holds certifications from Dropbox, Cisco Meraki, CompTIA, and Microsoft as a Dropbox Certified Administrator (2018), Certified Meraki Networking Associate (2018), A+ certification, and Microsoft Certified Professional, respectively.
