Gavin Ward has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Gavin began their career as a Recruiter/Management Trainee at Maxim Healthcare Services, where they learned various aspects of healthcare staffing and developed relationships with healthcare facilities. Gavin then became a General Manager at Maxim Healthcare Services, managing and developing a team of recruiters and building territories for a niche division.

Following that, Gavin worked as a Business Development Manager at Modis, where they successfully created new hiring manager relationships between Modis and Disney, gaining valuable experience in Information Technology staffing. Gavin then served as a Market Manager at Supplemental Health Care, overseeing operations and strategies in the healthcare staffing industry.

Gavin also worked as a Project Director at Nursefinders, an AMN Healthcare Company, and Director of Client Relations and Regional Director at 24 Hour Home Care, where they played key roles in developing and implementing healthcare solutions, providing premier non-medical homecare services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
