Steve Barber has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Steve started their career in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator from 2006 to 2017. In 2017 and 2018, they interned at Aviation Capital Group (ACG) in the Global Strategy and Market Development departments, respectively. Steve then worked as a Summer Associate at Boom Supersonic in 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at MidAmerica Administrative & Retirement Solutions, leading customer-facing teams and driving growth initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of President, Disability Services at 24 Hour Home Care, starting from April 2022.
Steve Barber received a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 2006. Steve then obtained a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland in the same year. Later, in 2019, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
