John McGrail

John McGrail has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. John started their career in the US Army as a Company Commander and Captain. After that, they worked at Pepsi Cola as a GM, Keebler Distribution Director, and Pepsi Operations Manager. John then joined H&F Capital Services as VP of Supply Chain, where they successfully turned around the business and increased EBITDA by 79%. Following that, they worked at Deluxe as VP of Operations and General Manager, leading initiatives that delivered a $53M increase in profit. John later joined Sports Authority as Director of Transportation and VP of Supply Chain, where they led a complex national retail transportation network and achieved a $19M turnaround. Currently, they are working at Transfer Logistics as Fractional COO, Private Equity Advisor, Executive Coach, and Advisor, where they are involved in transformation projects, private equity engagements, and interim VP supply chain roles. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to drive revenue and profit growth.

John McGrail attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
