Evan Rugen

Evan Rugen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in materials chemistry and process engineering. Currently serving as Team Lead for Powder Processing and previously in roles such as Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer at 24M Technologies since March 2021, Evan has demonstrated expertise in project leadership, experiment design, and the scaling of manufacturing processes. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at The Battery Innovation Center, where Evan served as Advanced Battery Manufacturing Chemist and Safety Officer, managing safety programs and scaling production techniques. Academic experience includes a position as Adjunct Professor at Ivy Tech Community College and research roles at Indiana University Bloomington, Argonne National Laboratory, and Hope College. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Materials Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hope College.
