Qaiser Sheikh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2003, they joined Citi as an AVP, where they worked in EMEA Cards Finance reporting to the CFO. Later on, they moved to the Central European Cluster, overseeing Citi Cards Business in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Poland. In 2006, Qaiser joined SMI GROUP 1898 as the Managing Director, which is one of the largest and oldest distribution houses in Pakistan. Qaiser also served on the boards of AA Pulp & Purée Private Limited, OPay Pakistan, ISIC Pakistan, and RetailPay. In 2019, Qaiser became an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. Most recently, they co-founded and became the Director of Supply Chain at 24SEVEN in 2020.

Qaiser Sheikh's education history begins with their time at Aitchison College. From 1987 to 1999, they pursued A Levels in various subjects. Following this, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting & Finance. Later on, they pursued higher education at the London Business School from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
