Jesse Hou is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit and private equity. Currently serving as a Partner at 26North since November 2025, a company co-founded by Josh Harris focusing on alternative investment solutions, Jesse previously held the position of Managing Director at The Carlyle Group from 2019 to November 2025, where contributions included scaling the Credit Opportunities franchise and receiving the Carlyle Changemaker Award twice.
