Scott Williams

Scott Williams currently serves as the Head of Growth & Recruiting at 270 Growth Partners, a role commenced in November 2024. Prior professional experience includes business development at Integris Group, where the focus was on enhancing organizational strategy and talent acquisition, and co-founding Big Haystack Labs, a boutique recruiting firm dedicated to matching individuals with fulfilling work. Scott led the in-house recruiting team at Grand Central Tech and founded Gotham Source Partners to innovate recruiting practices. An advisor to Duing, a platform for student-generated content, Scott also has early experience as a Head of Recruitment for Sigma Pi Fraternity and worked on a family farm prior to academic accomplishments at Franklin & Marshall College, where a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Philosophy was obtained.
