Jae Um

Jae Um is the Founder and Executive Director of Six Parsecs, a company focused on providing insights to legal businesses through research and analytics. Since December 2017, Jae has led various advisory roles at 273 Ventures, New Era ADR, LexFusion, LegalMation, and Casetext. Previously, Jae served as the Director of Pricing Strategy at Baker McKenzie, where responsibilities included advising on pricing strategies and overseeing a global team, resulting in significant profit improvements. Earlier experiences include positions at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where Jae directed strategic planning and analysis as well as special projects, and a role as an independent consultant specializing in career coaching and admissions advising. Jae Um holds a BA in History from UCLA.
