Rachel Stewart

Rachel Stewart is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at 2degrees since March 2023, Rachel has previously held positions including People & Culture Lead Partner at Spark New Zealand and People & Performance Manager at Fletcher Building. Rachel's career began at American Express as a Business Development Executive, followed by HR-focused roles at HSBC, ASB Bank, Sovereign, Blue Chip, and Lyttelton Port of Christchurch. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from the University of Auckland and two Graduate Diplomas in Teaching and Human Resources from Christchurch Polytechnic.
