Lynda Ratkovic

Lynda Ratkovic is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and management across various sectors, including energy solutions, food production, and media. Currently serving as HR Manager for EnerSys in the ANZ region since October 2018, Lynda has previously held HR leadership roles at Parmalat Australia, HJ Heinz, and CostaExchange Ltd, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies, integrating people and culture initiatives, and enhancing workplace safety standards.
