Lisa Friedlander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Business Development Manager for the Business Financial Services Group at Shulman Rogers. Friedlander holds several leadership roles, including Investor Committee Member at The Agora Initiative DC, Founding Board Member and Advancement Committee Chair for Citrine Angels, and Board Member positions at Children's National Hospital Research Education Innovation Board, Main Street, and 2Gether-International. Additional contributions include mentoring at Techstars, serving on the Alumni Board of MindShare Inc., co-founding Teens with Heartsongs, and founding the Heartsongs Luncheon Fund, which raises funds for Children's National Hospital. Friedlander earned a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the American University Washington College of Law.

One billion people have a disability, making disabled people the largest minority in the world and the only one you can instantly become a part of. This diverse and vibrant community however, is often associated with pity and limitations, which has a direct impact on their acceptance into the workplace. People with disabilities disproportionally unemployed worldwide. In the United States, the disability unemployment rate is close to 20% since COVID-19, almost twice that of individuals with no disability. We are flipping the disability narrative. We work to unleash the entrepreneurship mindset of disabled people.
