Fred Smagorinsky

Fred Smagorinsky has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Most recently, they serve as an Adjunct Professor at the Feliciano School of Business - Montclair State University since June 2021. Prior to that, Fred was the Chief Executive Officer of GenServe LLC, the largest independent provider of power generator maintenance, repair, and sales in the North Atlantic region.

Fred has also held executive positions at Rapid Displays, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer, leading a team of retail experts in providing customized merchandising solutions. In addition, they were the CEO of Arctic Glacier Premium Ice, a leading producer and distributor of packaged ice across Canada and the United States.

Throughout their career, Fred has served on several boards, including Schofield Stone / Geo. Schofield Co, Inc. and Jazz House Kids. Fred has also held positions at Barrier Advisors, Marcal Manufacturing, LLC, and Sealed Air Corporation.

With extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, sales, and marketing, Fred Smagorinsky has demonstrated their expertise in driving growth and leading successful organizations.

Fred Smagorinsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Princeton University, completing their degree between 1977 and 1981. Fred continued their education at the Yale School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 1985 to 1987.
