Kristyna Krizova

Kristyna Krizova is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. At 2K Czech since July 2008, Kristyna has served as Human Resources Manager and HR Specialist, providing consultancy on labor codes, managing employee relations, handling payroll processes, and overseeing recruitment and adaptation of new hires. Prior to this role, Kristyna worked as an HR Consultant at Logica, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment budgets. Kristyna began their HR career as a Senior Recruiter at Natek, focusing on recruitment projects and candidate-client relations. Kristyna holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Masaryk University Brno.
