Rachel Kemp (Sills) serves as the Director of Merchandising at 2Modern since January 2020. Previously, Rachel held the Director of Merchandising position at YDesign Group from February 2015 to December 2018, leading a team of nine to enhance user experience and optimize conversion rates. Prior experience includes Director of Merchandising at Sephora, where responsibilities involved launching over 30 brands in Latin America and managing category strategy for more than 20 brands, as well as roles as Account Executive at Isabella Fiore, LLC, Merchandise Manager at J.Crew, and Merchandiser at Gap Inc. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara in 1999.
