Petr Zajicek

Petr Zajicek has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in HR, recruitment, employer branding, technology, and project management. Petr currently works at 2N TELEKOMUNIKACE as the Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding, where they are responsible for strategic recruitment, talent acquisition, employer branding, internal communication, and business partnering. Additionally, they serve as the AI guild lead. Prior to this, Petr worked at Komerční banka, where they held roles such as Talent Acquisition & Attraction HR Business Partner and Digital HR Enabler. Petr also has experience in IT vendor management, CIO office management, sourcing IT, and procurement and logistics. Petr has also worked as a Mentor at Soutěž & Podnikej and StartupYard, as well as an External Trainer at Actill. Petr has a background in mentoring students and has been a Student Mentor at Czech Technical University in Prague.

Petr Zajicek attended the Czech Technical University in Prague from 1995 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in the Faculty of Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they attended SPŠE Frenštát pod R. but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
