Jaylee Johnson

JayLee Johnson is a professional with extensive experience in scientific research and operations within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Scientist II/Operations Specialist at 2seventy bio since November 2021, JayLee has previously held various roles, including Senior Associate Scientist and Associate Scientist at bluebird bio from July 2018 to November 2021. Prior to that, JayLee contributed to the Institute for Protein Design at the University of Washington as a Lab Assistant and Undergraduate Fellow from October 2015 to July 2018. In addition to a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology from the University of Washington, JayLee holds an MBA from Eastern Washington University, completed in December 2022.
