Boris Revsin

Boris Revsin is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and fintech sectors, currently serving as General Partner and Managing Director at Tribe Capital since July 2022. In addition to this role, Boris holds positions as a Board Observer at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, Flipside, and 2TM, all established in 2023 and 2022. Previously, Boris was the EVP and Head of Venture Capital at Republic from September 2018 to May 2022, overseeing Republic Capital, which managed over $1B in assets. Boris co-founded Game Theory Group in 2017, which later became Republic Labs, and VentureApp, now known as HqO, in 2015. Other significant investments include Staked and Robinhood, both acquired during their growth phases. Boris is an alumnus of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Russian School of Mathematics.
