Erin Lee is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in student success management, coaching, and educational program development. Currently serving as a Student Success Manager at 2U since July 2015, Erin has effectively assisted in cultivating team coaching skills and creating leadership development tracks for team members. With a background as a Volunteer English Teacher for the International Rescue Committee, Erin designed and implemented tailored literacy tutoring programs for diverse learners. Previous roles include coordinating medical office operations and providing pricing strategy support for government contracts at Booz Allen Hamilton and within the United States Air Force. Erin holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Auburn University at Montgomery.
