Susan Alexander

Susan Alexander, MSML, possesses extensive experience in student engagement and admissions within the education sector. Currently serving as a Senior Student Engagement Manager and Senior Admissions Manager at 2U since September 2015, Susan has demonstrated a strong ability to establish relationships with prospective students and guide them through the university admissions process for the SMU Data Science program. Previous roles include Admissions Manager and Admissions Counselor, where a commitment to education and achieving measurable results was evident. Prior experience includes serving as a Restaurant Server at Red Lobster and holding the position of Senior Account Executive at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Susan earned a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from James Madison University, as well as an Associate's degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
