Melissa Caton has extensive experience in merchandising, currently serving as the Director of Merchandising at 3 Day Blinds since November 2012. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as the Assistant Merchandise Manager at Smith+Noble from 2006 until November 2012, contributing to the development and execution of merchandise strategies in both positions.
