Brooke Chisholm

Brooke Chisholm is a dedicated physical therapist and co-owner of 3DPT Cinnaminson, with experience spanning patient care and education. Since November 2021, Brooke has contributed to 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy as a physical therapist, while also serving as a graduate teaching assistant at Saint Joseph's University since January 2022. Previous roles include physical therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation and patient service specialist, providing comprehensive administrative support. Brooke has extensive experience in student physical therapy positions, where skills in patient evaluation and care management were developed across various clinical settings. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Health Science.
