Peter Gheeraert is an experienced interventional cardiologist currently serving as a Board Member and Scientific Advisor for Cardiology at 3.LIFE since June 2023, while also holding a position as an Interventional Cardiologist at UZ Gent since October 1992. Gheeraert has extensive academic involvement as a Professor and Lecturer in the Department of Internal Medicine, Interventional Cardiology at Ghent University since October 2012. Previous roles include various fellowships in interventional cardiology and internal medicine across multiple institutions, starting from OLV Ziekenhuis Aalst-Asse-Ninove in 1988. Gheeraert holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine and Health Sciences and a Doctor of Medicine from Ghent University.

Combining biology and software technology to anticipate illness, provide better treatment for patients, smarter engagement and monitoring tools for HCP’s, and cost efficient solutions for payers. Additionally 3.LIFE is an active advisor with governments to optimise patient healthcare and affordability. Last but not least 3.LIFE is developing medical devices related to heart and diabetes diseases. Our Goals: Our ultimate goal at 3.LIFE is to enable better health for all people; through the catalysts of DT, advisory services, digital health platform and innovative strategies.
