Caleb Koss

Caleb Koss is an experienced event management professional currently serving as Associate Director at 3STEP Sports, overseeing multiple high-profile lacrosse events since August 2022. Previously, at Yeti Lacrosse from July 2018 to August 2022, Caleb held roles as Director and Community Outreach Coordinator, focusing on player recruitment and managing lacrosse programs with up to 250 participants. Additionally, Caleb contributed to the development of young athletes as Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Prairie Ridge High School from March 2016 to August 2022, and as a Youth Coach with Blackhawks Lacrosse from February 2017 to July 2022. Caleb holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership from Northern Illinois University, complemented by an Associate degree in Accounting and Business/Management from McHenry County College.
