Justin Hefter

Justin Hefter is an experienced leader with a strong commitment to social impact and education for underserved communities. Serving as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of the 30 Birds Foundation since August 2021, Justin Hefter focuses on rebuilding pathways for Afghan girls to learn, lead, and live freely. In addition, Justin Hefter holds the position of Board Chair and Co-Founder at the African Middle Eastern Leadership (AMEL) Project. Previous roles include Leadership Coach at Harvard Kennedy School, Co-Founder and CEO of Bandura Games, and Senior Analyst at Avascent Group. Justin Hefter's academic credentials include a Master's degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Public Policy from Stanford University.
