Fadua Gajardo is the Co-Chair of 30% Club Chile at The 30% Club. Fadua has previously worked as the Director of ITALICA, responsible for the FOTRAB/SENCE program, leading the recruitment/selection, training of 2000 applicants in the Metropolitan region, Valparaiso, Talca and Puerto Montt in the metalworking sector, managing the budget of 7000 MMCLP, ensuring the optimum quality of service delivered by each consultant to the companies providing the program, aligning corporate values with the visions of the productive sectors to which we deliver services in Chile.

Fadua has also worked as a RH - GE Grid for GE from June 2015 to February 2016, responsible for the compliance management project in the company/community relationship, with a focus on energy industries.

Gajardo is also responsible for the development of training programs, development of skills, management of change and selection of personnel for different companies in the aeronautical, metallurgical, retail, transport and service industries, among others.

Fadua Gajardo has an Executive MBA from Universidad de los Andes (CL), a certificate in Family Consulting from the Family firm Institute, and a certification in International Directors of Business from the Institute of Directors (IoD). Fadua also has a diplomatura in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a PSICOLOGA from Universidad de Arte y Ciencias Sociales ARCIS. Additionally, they have a certification in Governance from the Universidad Diego Portales.

They work with Malcolm Larsen - Chair, 30% Club South Africa, Marcela carrasco - Co-Chair, 30% Club Colombia, and Monica Contreras - Co-Chair, 30% Club Colombia. Their manager is Ann Cairns, Global Chair.
