The 30% Club's leadership team has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Many members have experience working in board positions at companies such as Lightrock, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), Financial Alliance for Women, and IdDC, Instituto de Directores de Chile. Other members have experience in senior management positions at companies such as EY, GE, ITALICA, New York Jobs CEO Council, and Bloomberg LP. The team also includes professors from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​ and Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, as well as the CEO and Founder of Learning Edge.
