Kiersten Barnet is the Chair of 30% Club US, an organization that advocates for gender balance in leadership positions. Prior to their current role, Barnet worked at Bloomberg LP for over 13 years, where they served as the Global Head of the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index. In this role, Barnet was responsible for successfully influencing hundreds of companies around the world to begin measuring and reporting data related to their workforce, culture and citizenship. Kiersten also led a cross-functional team responsible for strategic planning, operations, company engagement, data collection and integrity, marketing and communications, external partnerships, and collaborations across the Firm’s financial products and media platforms. Additionally, Barnet served as the primary company spokesperson for Bloomberg's gender-equity efforts and hosted the "Invested in Equality" CEO interview series.

Kiersten Barnet has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
