Odile Robotti is the Chair of 30% Club Italy at The 30% Club. Odile has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and change management.

Robotti began their career in 1985 as a Key Account Manager at IBM. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating sales activities and meeting sales targets for IBM's large account clients.

In 1992, Robotti left IBM to join McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate. At McKinsey, they served companies in various industries, with a focus on insurance, banking, and pharmaceuticals. Odile managed Italian and international consulting projects and was actively involved in practice and client development.

In 1999, Robotti left McKinsey to join Learning Edge as Managing Director. Learning Edge is a non-profit organization that provides educational programs and resources to help individuals and organizations improve their performance.

Robotti has been a member of The 30% Club since its inception in 2010. The 30% Club is an organization that is committed to increasing the representation of women on corporate boards and in senior leadership positions. In their role as Chair of 30% Club Italy, Robotti works to promote the advancement of women in the workplace and to increase gender diversity in leadership positions.

Odile Robotti has a PhD in Psychology from UCL, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from SDA Bocconi, and a Laurea in economia politica from Università Bocconi. Odile is also certified from the International Coach Academy in the Certified Professional Coach Program.
