Odile Robotti

Odile Robotti is the CEO and Founder of Learning Edge, where Odile established partnerships with international training companies and grew the business progressively. Odile also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Libera Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele, teaching courses on Business and Management Skills for Biotech Companies and Creativity and Innovation. Prior to this, Odile worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Associate and at IBM as a Key Account Manager. Odile has a PhD in Psychology from UCL, an MBA from SDA Bocconi, and a Laurea in economia politica from Università Bocconi.
