Alicia Thwaites

Alicia Thwaites has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they were the Studio Operations Manager at 305 Fitness, where they successfully led FDM's & Instructors to abide by company policies & drive sales and ensured studios were strategically staffed. From 2015-2009, they worked at Cowtan & Tout as a Customer Service - Returns Manager and at Jamaica Performing Arts Center as an Assistant General Manager, where they owned all administrative functions and created and maintained numerous databases, reports, and records. From 2008-2009, they were an Assistant Manager at Mandee, where they supervised twenty associates, was responsible for morning bank deposits, cash draw set-up/balancing, completed various reports, and opening/closing store. During this time, they also worked as a Professional Dancer.

Alicia Thwaites obtained a B.S. in International Trade & Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an A.A.S. in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from SUNY Nassau College between 2010 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Event Management from ICOES in March 2015, and CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Red Cross in April 2019.
