Karishma Bhatt

Karishma Bhatt currently serves as the General Manager of Service Delivery at CouriersPlease since August 2025. Previously, Karishma held various roles at efm Logistics from October 2016 to March 2023, including Project/Implementation Manager, where responsibilities involved strategy and solution design for new customer solutions, and Regional Manager NSW, overseeing P&L management and customer growth initiatives. Additionally, Karishma worked as a Commercial Manager focusing on business process improvement. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions at TNT Express, where roles included Customer Service Team Leader and Domestic Track and Trace Support. Karishma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney and certifications in Frontline Management from the Department of Education and Training.
