Shagun Bhasker

Shagun Bhasker currently serves as the Lead US HR Onboarding Specialist at Fairview Health Services, a role held since August 2023 under a contract with 314e Corporation. In this position, Shagun leads a team of eight HR onboarding specialists, managing workflows, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies. Prior to this, Shagun has been with 314e Corporation since December 2019, contributing in various roles including Vendor Management System Admin, Sourcing Specialist, and HR Onboarding. Shagun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering and Technology, completed in June 2019.
