A.J. Cardella has held a variety of roles in the business industry since 2001. A.J. began their career as a Retail Associate at Wegmans Food Markets in 2001, followed by a similar role at Eckerd in 2002. In 2005, they became a Marketing Manager at The Craig Business Group, Inc., where they increased store foot traffic for piano manufacturer Steinway & Sons, launched successful direct mail campaigns, and developed corporate identity and branding strategies. In 2007, they moved to Daymon Worldwide as a Business Manager, where they directed and launched over 60 new items for Office Depot, resulting in additional sales of over $10 million. In 2008, they joined Coretomic, Inc. as Director of Marketing and was instrumental in generating significant angel investment capital for strategic growth plans. In 2009, they became Operations Director - Marketing & Finance and Division Manager at Republic Metals Corporation, where they spearheaded the launch of RMC2 division and a satellite branch in Toronto, negotiated over $20 million in new credit, and achieved ISO 9001 status. Finally, in 2011, they joined 319 InSight as Executive Vice President, where they executed a consultative approach to assist compliance & ethics departments with the transition to digital processes, trained clients on the use of the Platform, and performed focused market research to identify market gaps and opportunities.

A.J. Cardella began their educational journey in 2003, attending Syracuse University's SUPA program, where they studied Public Policy. Later that year, they transferred to the University of Miami, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 2007, majoring in Marketing, Political Science, and Management.
