Josh Lewis

Josh Lewis has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Josh began their career at Banc of America Securities in 1995 and served as a Principal until 2008. Josh then joined NNN REIT, Inc. as Vice President of Acquisitions in 2008 and held this position until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they were promoted to Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at NNN REIT, Inc. Josh has been responsible for leading the acquisitions team in pursuing and executing new sale-leaseback transactions, acquiring single-tenant, net-leased retail and restaurant properties, and exploring reverse build-to-suit opportunities.
