David Gluchowski started their career as a Consultant at Sutherland from October 2011 to January 2015. David was then promoted to Senior Consultant and worked in that role from January 2014 to October 2015. David was later promoted to Product Trainer, where they achieved sales and customer service goals. David traveled to various locations like Manila, Philippines; Bogota, Colombia; and Sofia, Bulgaria to support launch operations.
In 2018, David joined EagleView as a Technical Trainer and facilitated online and on-site training for government customers. In May 2019, they were promoted to Instructional Designer, managing projects for technical, sales, and customer service departments. David worked in this role until December 2021.
Following their time at EagleView, David worked at Calero as an Instructional Designer from December 2021 to May 2023. David designed role-specific new hire training programs and managed multiple projects, delivering high-quality work.
David's most recent role is Senior Learning Technology Specialist at Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, starting in May 2023.
David Gluchowski completed a Master's degree in Comparative Literature from the University at Buffalo from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the same institution from 2004 to 2008.
In 2019, David attended edX and completed the Instructional Design and Technology MicroMasters program, with a focus on Instructional Design. This program involved specialized courses such as Instructional Design Models, Instructional Design: Digital Media, New Tools and Technology, Instructional Design and Technology: Learning Theories, and Instructional Design Course Evaluation & Capstone Project.
In February 2020, David obtained a certification in Instructional Design Course Evaluation & Capstone Project from edX. In January 2020, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design and Technology: Learning Theories. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design: Digital Media, New Tools and Technology. In September 2019, they obtained a certification in Instructional Design Models.
