Melissa Dyrdahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and board roles across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and education. As Co-Founder of 33 Teams, a software consulting firm, Melissa has facilitated product development and modernization for diverse organizations since March 2021. In addition to this role, Melissa serves as a Fellow at Stanford University’s Distinguished Careers Institute, mentoring students in storytelling and podcast production. Previous board memberships include Shimmy, DyAnsys Inc, CommonSpirit Health, Recruitology, Resource/Ammirati, GreatNonprofits, and a leadership role as President and CEO at Ella Health, where significant growth and innovative wellness services were achieved.
