Matt Kiefer

Matt Kiefer is a Senior Product Manager at 33Across Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, Matt worked at SpendHQ from 2018 to 2021, where they held two positions: Product Manager and Product Management Associate. As Product Manager, Matt collaborated with sales and client success teams to win and retain fortune 500 brands, established a framework for integrating competitive analysis, market research, and customer discovery into requirement definition, and managed product roadmap, feature prioritization, user story writing, rollout planning, and all release communications. As Product Management Associate, Matt developed and executed an extensive RFP process with executive leadership, guided agile teams through maturing of the Agile/SCRUM process adoption, and led two cross-functional teams to completely re-platform the existing product offering. From 2015 to 2018, Matt worked at Capgemini as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where they enabled the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology.

Matt Kiefer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from The Wharton School between 2011 and 2015. Matt then obtained a Machine Learning certification from Stanford University on Coursera in March 2017. In May 2017, they obtained certifications in Learn SQL, How to Analyze Business Metrics with SQL, and How to Transform Tables with SQL from Codecademy. In May 2016, they obtained a HDP Certified Developer certification from Hortonworks. In April 2019, they obtained certifications in Foundations, Focus, Build, and PMC Level III from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI). Matt also obtained a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager certification from Pragmatic Institute in April 2019. In December 2018, they obtained certifications in Learn Data Analysis with Pandas, Learn Data Visualization with Python, and How to Clean Data with Python from Codecademy.
