Michael Scott-Nelson has held various roles in the software engineering industry since 2006. Michael began their career as a Teacher (Algebra II / Pre-calculus) and Music Director at The Kiski School in 2006. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Graduate Assistant at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University and a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Director (Digital Arts Graduate Programs) at Goucher College. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Software Engineer at bitdreams, llc and from 2017 to 2022, they were a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at SAS.
