Toby Giles

Toby Giles is an experienced project manager currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at 33n since August 2022, leading workforce transformation projects for NHS clients. Previously, Toby was a Programme Manager at the University of Exeter from September 2018 to July 2022, overseeing significant programs and fostering relationships with local partners. As a Principal Consultant at Nine Feet Tall (November 2016 - September 2018), Toby managed large teams and client projects while also developing junior staff. At Sainsbury’s (March 2015 - November 2016), Toby drove major transformational projects across a network of over 600 stores and liaised with various stakeholders. Toby began a career in project management at PwC Consulting (January 2010 - February 2015), where involvement in large-scale transformational initiatives spanned multiple sectors, including the NHS and Central Government. Toby holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from the University of Nottingham (2004 - 2007) and completed secondary education at Exeter School (1992 - 2003).
